Our consultations are conducted by Australian-registered medical practitioners holding current Ahpra registration.
The first call is free. Doctor consultation fees are disclosed in full before any appointment is booked.
We can't tell you that. The outcome of any consultation is determined by your doctor following clinical assessment.
Currently our consultations are not covered by Medicare or most private health insurers. Costs are disclosed before any appointment.
Most patients are seen within one week. Pre-screening calls are usually scheduled within one business day.
Yes. Under Australian law, telehealth consultations are equivalent to in-person consultations, conducted via secure video or phone.
