Below are the channels into the practice, split by what you're contacting us about. Picking the right one means a faster response and, for the regulated channels, the guaranteed timeframes set out in our policies.
In an emergency, call 000 or attend the nearest emergency department. Golden Ratio Clinics is not an emergency or crisis service. If you are in distress, you can also call Lifeline on 13 11 14 at any hour.
Book a pre-screen
The fastest way to start. A registered nurse calls you back within one business day. Ten minutes, free, no commitment.
General phone
Reception and general enquiries during practice hours. After hours, leave a voicemail — calls are returned the next business day.
General email
For non-urgent enquiries that aren't clinical, privacy or complaints. We acknowledge within one business day.
Existing-patient messaging
Already a Golden Ratio patient? Sign in to the portal to message your clinical team directly. Messages are recorded against your clinical record.
Privacy questions
Requests to access or correct your record, or questions about how we handle personal information, go to the Privacy Officer.
Complaints
If something has gone wrong, the Complaints Officer responds with an acknowledgement inside two business days and a substantive answer within fifteen.

Where we operate
Telehealth consultations Australia-wide. You must be physically present in Australia at the time of each appointment.
